Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information handled by DriveQuoteUSA and the choices available to visitors.

Information you choose to send

If you email or call us, we receive the information you provide so we can respond. Do not send policy numbers, driver’s-license numbers, Social Security numbers, payment details or medical records. The quote worksheet and comparison calculator run in your browser and do not submit their entries to us.

Technical information

Our hosting, security and performance providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, requested page and timestamps for delivery, security and aggregate performance. Their handling is governed by their own terms and our service configuration.

Third-party links and choices

Links to regulators, insurers and other websites have their own privacy practices. Review the receiving website before entering contact, vehicle or driver details. You may contact [email protected] with a privacy question.

Retention, security and choices

Messages are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes. No internet service can promise absolute security, so sensitive policy or identity data should be sent through the insurer’s approved channel instead.

The published pages do not require an account. This edition does not include an on-site insurance application, lead form or advertising cookie. Browser tools use temporary page content and do not save entries after the page is closed or cleared. Hosting and security configurations can change as services are maintained; this policy will be updated when handling materially changes.

Questions and requests

Email the publisher to ask what information was provided directly, request a reasonable correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a security concern. We may need enough context to identify the message and may retain information when law or legitimate recordkeeping requires it.

Where to verify current information

Requirements, company availability and policy forms can change. Verify legal rules with the state regulator and confirm coverage in the insurer’s current policy documents.
